Mother’s Day on a random Sunday!

A mother with her kid and shadow of aeroplane seat

We all have been living in an era of days, events, occasions and namesake celebrations where on a particular day, we just pretend or to be precise we just get along with the system the one that world immerses itself into just to be a part of crowd. But do we really need one?

Special days pertaining to a particular human, or a concept has been a very much part of our lives lately, it is at least the most subtle way what we aren’t unable to express other days of the year gets much easier to express on this day! At least that’s what I feel.

12th May is just a random Sunday with an add on event for Mother’s Day. O yes, we are living in an era where we need a day to celebrate the motherhood, the love of the one woman because of whom we have existence in this universe. I’m not against it trust me, but I feel why so much hype just for one random Sunday.

In this blog, I would like to convey to all the children whoever is currently reading this blog that yes indeed it’s a Mother’s Day do make the love of your life feel most special but also remember that do continue showering this love forever. We all do, I love my mother and grandmother the most, they are my heartbeats who makes my life go upside down, drives me crazy as well. But sometimes we take this magical human from heaven taken for granted? Don’t we. As I’m writing this blog, I totally feel I do take the efforts, the love and care of my two lovely women’s taken for granted.

Taking for granted is another dark side of humans, where we appreciate the things in beginning and when we get habitual, we get the trust that person is not going to leave our side we adapt the role of undervaluing, sometimes we do it purposely but sometimes we do it subconsciously and I feel 85% it’s because of subconsciousness and environment that we currently sustain in.

Like we are so stuck up with our lives that now a food delivery app reminds us to be our mother’s favorite child just because it’s Mother’s Day (just got one while curating this blog). No matter how many times we say it or express or at least we try too it would every time turn out to be less.

Now I have clearly portrayed the feeling to all the lifelines of their mothers. Let me talk to the human for whom this entire blog is being curated!

Dear Mothers if you are reading this blog or whoever is going to read, first of all Happy Mother’s Day. Life out here is bit bearable and beautiful only just because of you. Thank you for bringing us to life and thank you for taking the responsibility of making us good humans from day one.

I know 1000 words blog is also less to make you understand our love towards you and how much difference it creates in our life with your opinions, suggestions, sometimes irresistible poking and what not.  Though sometimes we trouble you a lot but that love that care and that kiddish behavior behind the trouble can be understood only by you.

Someone has rightly said God couldn’t be able to send fairies and angel to Earth, so they send you in form of mother! No matter whatever we do, wherever we go and how much we take you for granted we still call out your name when we even get a teeny- tiny scratch on our body or while we unlock the door of the house after coming back from the hectic day at work.

We don’t need just a day to showcase our love for you even a decade would be less! We love you so much it’s just that we aren’t as great as you and we never would because anybody could be a good human but not everyone can be a mother!

Honestly, I can go on and on, but then it would get boring and too overwhelming. Hence, it’s time for me to go and let the kids and the mothers have their perfect “ME TIME” today.

Once again Happy Mother’s Day Mumma, Mummy, Mom, Aai, Ammi, Bebe, Amma…. We love you so much!

Happy Sundaying.
